Bad Guys ~ Good Guys Diet! Journey through a candida cleanse.

I wanted to track what we're ACTUALLY eating.  So hopefully this will continue to be updated!  I'm missing the first day in there somewhere and it's funny how quickly I forget what we ate.  "What did we eat for breakfast?"  oh brother...maybe my "brain fog" will go away after this diet.

B:  Eggs, Spinach, Ham
L:  Harvest Soup w/ Bison
D: Millet puff cereal

B: Hot buckwheat cereal w/ soy milk -- stevia and cinnamon
L: Butter/Garlic/Lemon Halibut and a big Salad
Snack: Seaweed and leftover soup
D: Quinoa cooked in leftover broth and
     Stir Fry in homemade Italian : Bok Choy-Brocoli-Garlic-Onion-Zucchini
Dessert:  Baked/mashed Sweet Potatoes with Cinnamon and Nutmeg

B:  Eggs and Spinach (Bacon but it's not on the diet)
Snack : blackberries and raw pumpkin seeds
L:  Salmon and raw veggies
D:  Teresa's peruvian quinoa Soup
Dessert:  Almond Butter Cookies

One lunch we had steak topped with shitake mushrooms (the only kind you can eat) and onions...Delicious with a salad.
