Our menu this week

So after our Candida diet, We spent a week down south and we weren't horrible...all the way...but ate lots of normal food even bread.  I have twice the milk that I had before.  Kind of feel bad for Tehya, wondering if she got enough fat.  She's so tiny. Strong and Healthy but tiny.

      Prep
M-  Oatmeal w/ fixin’s
Ham Sandwiches, popcorn, oranges     chop vegetables 
Granola/Yogurt Snack
Quinoa, Vegetables, Simple Salad cookies
T- Eggs, Toast, Vegetable
Carrots, Brocoli/Yogurt Dip
Burritos, leftover meat, zucchini, beans, corn, green onions

Protein Crunch Bars
Ribs, Green Beans
Corn Bread, Chili (no meat), Salad
TH-  Christina’s pancakes Chkn. Stock
Sweet Potatoes
Pasta w/ Italian Sausage, peas
Quinoa/Vegetables/Salad w/ egg,bacon
F- Quinoa Flakes Hot Cereal/Fixin’s
Red Potato French Fries
Leftovers
Chicken Noodle Soup/Salad
